Verda Voice Help

The quickest way is in the app: Settings › Help sends your message straight to the team. You can also email bd@verda.ai. We usually reply within one business day.

Verda Voice is invite-only for now. Open the app and enter your invite code, or join the waitlist.

• Your number and carrier. Enter your mobile number and pick your carrier.
• Pick an assistant. Listen to the voices and choose who answers for you.
• Turn on call forwarding. The app gives you a short code to dial once in your Phone app, so calls you miss or decline go to your assistant.
• Test it. Verda calls you; decline the call, and if it comes back to Verda, forwarding works.

Verda Voice works with US mobile numbers on AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. Some brands that use these networks handle forwarding differently, so the app tells you during setup whether yours is supported.

On iPhone, Wi-Fi Calling can stop some forwarding codes from dialing. If the code fails, turn Wi-Fi Calling off, dial the code, then turn it back on.

Open Settings › Call forwarding in the app and dial the turn-off code shown there. Missed calls then go back to your carrier's voicemail. Your carrier's plan and charges apply to forwarded calls as usual.

• Callers hear that the call is recorded and transcribed. Transcripts are processed by Anthropic, our AI provider, to write summaries and answer you in Ask Verda.
• Calls are deleted automatically after 90 days. You can delete any call sooner from its page.
• To stop using your contacts, open Settings › Contacts and remove them from Verda.

In the app, open Settings › Delete account. It shows the code to turn off call forwarding, then deletes your calls, recordings, transcripts, contacts data and lists straight away. If you can no longer use the app, email bd@verda.ai from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account for you.
